Can a business claim back the VAT on an invoice from ebay? The ebay invoice states that VAT at a rate of 15% (Luxembourg Tax) is applied and charged on the total cost, is this Luxembourg tax recoverable? The invoice is for ebay services and not for items purchased through ebay.... read more
